Having a continuous glucose monitor like one from @levels can certainly allow you to see this unfold in real-time, but if you don’t have one – lemme just say : it’s not cute. Your blood sugar will spike like crazy ⚡️⚡️
Remember that the more chronically your spike your blood sugar, the more compromised your metabolic health becomes 🤒
Metabolic Health = Quality and Quantity of Life.
So, if you want metabolic success :
- Practice Time-Restricted Feeding and fast in AM
- Think protein and fats for breakfast. Fruits are ok but ideally not alone, limited, and preferably berries.
- Ditch things from a package
