My Personal Supplement Plan!
Friends, our lives are complicated. Even if you are healthy, you may need to take additional vitamins, botanicals, and minerals to feel optimal! (And this is especially true if your philosophy of health includes utilizing the least number of pharmaceuticals possible.) Remember — pharmaceuticals mostly manage symptoms, they do not address the underlying imbalances that result in downstream symptoms. I run into the experience where patients feel frustrated by having to take a pill –even if it is just a vitamin or botanical, but a) recognize that our environment is imperfect so we may need to give ourselves extra support b) our demands are ever-increasing — so again our bodies may be using up more than what we expect.
I take:
*Phytomulti: a mix of vitamins and phytonutrients
*Probiotic
*Adrenal support: Ashwagandha and Rhodiola
*Ferrochel: my iron levels are low end
*Magnesium: because we are ALL deficient
Now, these are very carefully tailored/engineered to me, and I want to remind you that a good regimen involves having an individualized assessment and plan so that YOU can feel your best!
