Help! I’m working out like a beast, but not losing any weight!
Peloton, Orange Fitness, Running, Barre, Hot Yoga…you’re doing it ALL, right? And maybe even working out every day of the week!? And to boot, you might be eating apples and celeries all day! WHERE ARE THE RESULTS?!
Girl, you *can* do it all…but you don’t *have* to!
Working hard and not getting results. This is beyond frustrating! I’ve sat alongside so many women who are killing it and yet not feeling any reward (not just in wellness…but that’s another conversation👩🏻💪🏼!).
The part that hurts me the most is that the narrative sounds like :
“I should be doing more”
