Exercise and Work

It does not have to be either/or, folks! We can exercise AND work. And one benefit of the pandemic is you can kind of do what you want in your own home.

So, here’s ME Challenging YOU to some movement on the hour during your work day today:

Hour 1: Sit up and Down from your Chair 20 times
Hour 2: 5-20 Push-ups against your Desk
Hour 3: Stand up and March in place — 20 steps
Hour 4: Stretch your neck and shoulder x 1 minute
Hour 5: Walk for 5-10minutes around your block or in front of your house
Hour 6: Balance on one leg for a count to 20, and then switch legs
Hour 7: Chair Dips, 5-20 reps
Hour 8: Chest and Back Stretch for x 1 minute.
