Awake at 3 AM?

So much I love about this article!  I personally own the Lectro Fan sound machine, have silicone earplugs (you can pop into your ENT to have these made), an eye mask, AND keep my phone out of the bedroom!  Meditation, and encouraging yourself not to fret are powerful tools to help with getting your Zzzz’s.
