Meet Your Guide: Dr. Anjali Dsouza

Your health deserves a trusted ally. That’s why Optimizing Your Metabolic Health is personally led by me. I’m Dr. Anjali Dsouza – founder of the District Center for Integrative Medicine, one of the nation’s leading integrative practices, and a board-certified physician in Integrative Medicine, Psychiatry, and Palliative Care.

For more than two decades, I’ve devoted my work to whole-person care. My passion is helping women navigate life’s biggest transitions  – from PCOS and PMS to perimenopause, autoimmunity, and metabolic health – by getting to the root causes of their challenges instead of simply masking symptoms.

I am triple board-certified in Integrative Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Psychiatry with over twenty years of experience in both studying and practicing these disciplines. My passion is helping people restore balance, optimize health, and live in their most vital, authentic state.

Optimizing Your Metabolic Health is a 6-week small group experience led by Dr. Anjali Dsouza. Each week, you’ll join an interactive live session where we cover key pillars of metabolic health: nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress, mindset, and more. You’ll also receive a personalized health plan, tools to track your progress, and ongoing support through a private community of women walking the same journey.

The next cohort begins on October 15th, with live sessions every Wednesday at 6 PM EST for one hour. If Wednesdays don’t work for you, email us at OYMH@dcimedicine.com. We often open additional times based on demand.

No problem. Every session is recorded so you can catch up at your own pace, and we’ll work with you directly if you need extra support. You’ll never miss out on the key content or strategies.
