Preserve Vitality Before Decline Takes Hold

A longevity assessment with Dr. Anjali Dsouza to identify where your healthspan is vulnerable, and what to do about it.

Your Doctor Says You’re Fine,
But You Know You Can Do More.

You’ve spent years doing what doctors told you to do. Your labs come back normal. Your annual physical is fine. But you’re noticing things:

…you’re tired by 3pm.
…your strength isn’t what it was.
…you can’t recover from travel or stress like you used to.
…you have trouble delivering your usual high performance.

You refuse to accept that this is just “aging.”

You want a physician who can identify what’s breaking down now, before it shows up on a blood test, before it becomes a diagnosis, before it’s too late to reverse.

Standard Medicine Waits Far Too Long

My mom did everything right. She ate well, exercised, followed her doctor’s advice.

But conventional medicine doesn’t catch decline, it catches disease. By the time her labs were “abnormal,” she’d already lost years of muscle mass, metabolic flexibility, and resilience.

She got to her 80s, but she couldn’t carry her last grandchild.

Here’s what most people don’t understand: By the time your blood sugar is pre-diabetic, your cholesterol is high, or your bone density shows osteopenia, you’ve already lost 10-15 years of functional capacity.

The damage was done in the years your doctor said you were “fine.”

Annual physicals check boxes. They don’t measure grip strength, muscle mass, metabolic health, or cognitive resilience. They wait for disease thresholds before intervening.

Identify Decline Before It’s Clinical

Spot early drivers of decline and create a personalized strategy to preserve strength, clarity and independence with our two-session Core Longevity Assessment, one-on-one with Dr. Dsouza.

Frequently Asked Questions

This program focuses on maximizing the years of life you live well, combining a holistic approach with the latest medical science.  We cannot promise a specific lifespan. Genetics, environment, and life circumstances all play a role.  What is well supported by the evidence, however, is that early identification of risk factors and targeted intervention can significantly improve:

-Metabolic health
-Cardiovascular risk
-Cognitive resilience
-Muscle mass and functional strength
-Hormonal balance
-Recovery and stress tolerance

The goal of this assessment is to identify where decline is most likely to occur before it becomes clinically obvious, and to intervene in ways that improve healthspan, performance, and quality of life over time.

Many patients find that by addressing these factors early, they:

-Maintain independence and physical function longer
-Reduce the likelihood of chronic disease
-Preserve energy, cognition, and resilience as they age

Rather than offering speculative claims about lifespan extension, this program focuses on maximizing the years you live well, using evidence-based medicine, careful risk assessment, and personalized strategy.

Yes! This longevity assessment is well-suited for individuals seeking a more strategic understanding of their health, including those with chronic or complex conditions such as hormonal imbalance, metabolic dysfunction, autoimmune concerns, cardiovascular risk, or unexplained symptoms.

For these patients, the assessment helps by:

-Reviewing how body systems interact
-Identifying potentially modifiable drivers of symptoms
-Clarifying what has already been evaluated and what has not
-Offering guidance on which additional testing or interventions may be worthwhile
-Distinguishing what can be optimized through longevity care versus what should be managed elsewhere

In some cases, the assessment also helps determine whether ongoing longevity-focused care is appropriate or if another specialty approach would be a better fit.

No. This is a standalone two-session assessment. Ongoing care is optional and only discussed if there’s mutual alignment.

Only if clinically indicated. Dr. Dsouza determines what’s appropriate based on your risk profile. Testing is billed separately.es based on demand.

If you’re proactive, willing to engage in prevention, and want evidence-based physician guidance—this is likely a fit. If you want quick fixes or cookie-cutter protocols, it’s not.

Dr. Dsouza personally leads every assessment, so the program is limited based on her availbility. Each assessment takes considerable time to perform and cannot be scaled or delegated.

While DCIM does not take insurance, a superbill will be provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement or FSA/HSA submission.

Thomas

“This is not rushed or transactional care. Every visit feels intentional, thorough, and focused on helping me stay healthy and functional long-term.”

Brian

“I was first introduced to DCIM from a friend who had said that Dr. Dsouza changed her life. I was a skeptic of integrative medicine at the time, but figured I would open a new window and try it out. Well, in a short window of time I have come to swear by the work Dr. Dsouza does for her patients. I have less anxiety, sleep better, feel healthier, have lost weight and even have better appearing skin.

Needless to say, I went from a skeptic to an advocate in a matter of two months. In fact, I tell just about everyone I talk to about Dr. Dsouza and DCIM and have referred multiple people to start their process to their best life.”

Kelley

“Dr. D’Souza helped me cut through the noise and understand what actually matters for my health. The guidance felt grounded, evidence-based, and realistic.”

Suzanna

“I came in wanting a clear, no-nonsense view of where my health was headed, and that’s exactly what I got. I had so much junk from Functional Health and other labs that felt unusable.   Dr. Dsouza took the time to really understand my goals, break down the data, and explain what actually matters long term.   The process was thorough, practical, and refreshingly thoughtful.”
